Out of Memory error while printing or generating reports

If you are receiving the Out of Memory error when trying to print or generate reports then your computer may be having a resource/performance issue.  Listed below you will find a list of recommended things to check which may be causing the issue.

1.   Check your current available memory by opening your windows task manager.
a.  Press CTRL, ALT and DEL keys at same time, click Start Task Manager, then click the Performance tab.
b.  Look at the memory section (as seen in the screenshot below) and see if the memory meter is maxed out.

c.  If your computer is over 2 -3 years old then you may be running into performance issues.  If your computer has 4gb or less of memory and you are running multiple applications at the same time as TeeCal that causes the available free memory to decrease.  Once the system has detected that there is no more available free memory it can cause these types of errors.

2.  Your computer may have spyware, malware or viruses which can all cause your system performance to be poor.  We have had several documented cases of spyware and malware utilizing over 60% of customers computers and causing poor performance with Windows, TeeCal and other applications.  We recommend that you scan for spyware and malware using a good removal tool.  Below you will find a list of our recommended tools you can use to remove and prevent spyware and malware.

3.  You computer may not have enough memory to handle all of the applications you are trying to run at once.  Adding additional memory to your computer may resolve the problem.
